Who we are
Yunis Jama, trading as Silvereye (Sheffield, United Kingdom) is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us about your data at contact@silvereye.ai.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, organisation, email address, enquiry type and the message you write. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google when you visit.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry only to reply to you and to follow up on the conversation you started. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries sent to us. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell it.
Who it is shared with
Enquiries are delivered to us through Formspree, which processes them on our behalf. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no longer than 24 months unless an ongoing business relationship requires otherwise.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email contact@silvereye.ai.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this notice if how we use personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
